Sydney Glass was founded in 1958 by Ted and Milli Oberg, originally operating as West End Glass. From the very beginning, the company was built on principles of quality, precision, and innovation. Ted and Milli's vision was to provide exceptional glass processing services while pushing the boundaries of what was possible in the industry.

Pioneering Innovation
Throughout our history, Sydney Glass has been at the forefront of glass processing innovation. We were among the first in Australia to implement free-fall glass handling systems, revolutionizing how glass is processed and handled in our facilities.
We also introduced speed cutters to the Australian market, significantly improving efficiency and precision in glass cutting operations. These innovations not only enhanced our capabilities but also set new standards for the industry.

In 2022, leadership transitioned to Harvey Oberg, who took on the role of Managing Director. This transition represents a seamless continuation of the family legacy, combining the wisdom of over six decades of experience with fresh perspectives and modern approaches.
